Under the Health Professions Act, a hearing is open to the public unless the Hearing Tribunal directs that all or a portion is closed. If you are interested in attending a hearing, you must pre-register. Requests to attend must be received by the manner and date listed to the Notice of Hearing.Â
The CDTA is not responsible for public attendees’ costs to attend a hearing.Â
Hearings may be cancelled, adjourned or delayed on short notice. The CDTA is not responsible for informing public attendees of schedule changes.
