Holding out self to be denturist and other unprofessional behaviour

Rude and abusive behaviour to College staff.

Awaiting Complaint Director's decision.

Complaint:
The College filed an action with the courts pursuant to the HPA seeking an injunction preventing an unregulated person from practicing. This resulted in the unregistered practitioner becoming a registered member of the College.

Status:
The College intends to pursue other such actions against other such practitioners. When the College successfully obtains an injunction it will seek costs. These costs would amount to $1,500 or more.
