Practice Permit Fees For 2011
Registration Year
1) The annual fee is $1,200.00/year
payable by December 31st, 2010.
2) A $200.00 reduction if the fee is
paid by December 1st, 2010. (i.e. $1000.00 if paid by
December 1st,
2010)
3) RDT's & DT's that have not paid by
December 31st will be cancelled given proper notice.
4) Any Registration fee paid prior to
the cancellation date after notification was sent will
be charged
a
penalty/administration fee of $200.00

year. All applicants that registered for Standards of
Practice, or Asepsis courses, and paid for them will be
allowed to take them next year and will remain members
in good standing. As courses fill in the new year more

Bylaws
All regulated Dental Technologists and
Dental Technicians must have completed mandatory Dental
Asepsis and Standards of Practice programming by
December 31st, 2009 or face discipline under Code of
Conduct and may have their practice permits suspended to
practice in the Province of Alberta in accordance to the
Health Professions Act.
